Shipping and Delivery of Tickets
At our service, we offer the convenience of e-Tickets for your event attendance. An e-Ticket is a digital ticket that holds the same validity as a traditional paper ticket, offering you a hassle-free entry experience. With e-Tickets, you can rest assured that your ticket won’t ever be lost or damaged in transit, eliminating the risk of sending it to the wrong address.
We provide two types of e-Tickets, both delivered to you via email in the form of PDF files:
1. Email Delivery – Instant Download:
- These tickets are available for download shortly after the seller confirms your order.
- The name on the tickets may belong to the original purchaser, but they are fully transferable and don’t need to reflect the attendee’s name.
- It’s essential to download and print these tickets before you arrive at the event.
- While printing in color is optional, ensure that the barcodes are clear, as venues won’t accept order summaries or receipts.
2. Mobile e-Tickets:
- Mobile e-Tickets will also be delivered to your email.
- However, entry to the event requires displaying the barcode on your smartphone.
- We recommend downloading and saving the barcode to your phone before arriving at the event to save time, as download speeds may vary, especially during the event.
- Please note that these tickets should not be printed, as they will not be accepted in physical form.
